Rental price includes use of the downstairs mansion and grounds for a period of 9 hours of which 4 hours is used for the ceremony and reception. The other hours are used for preparing for the event such as decorating, setting up cake, bar, etc. One hostess and 2 workers are included in price. Two rooms will be provided for the wedding party and they may arrive 2 1/2 hours prior to ceremony. You will have use of 5 round tables on the front gallery (YOU PROVIDE TABLE CLOTHS.) We will provide tablecloths for the dining room table as well as the cake table. Use of the kitchen is included in the price, this means equipment only, we do not provide foil, saranwrap, etc. A cleaning deposit of 200.00 is needed and will be returned if mansion and grounds are left the way it was found. Clean up is not included in the 9 hours. You may take as long as you need to clean. NO TRASH WILL BE PLACED IN DUMPSTER, IT MUST BE PLACED IN A VEHICLE AND HAULED OFF. There is no charge for rehearsal if it takes place Tuesday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday rehearsals may interfere with other possible functions. You may rehearse on these days for a fee of 150.00 for a period of 2 hours. If you would like to rehearse and also have use of the house or grounds for the rehearsal dinner the fee would be 275.00 for a period of 5 hours. We are presently working on a list of various caterers, florists, photographers, etc. but by no means are we recommending or will take credit or complaints in any way. This list is only to assist you. You may bring in any of the previously mentioned. If you plan on serving adult beverages and plan on bringing these items in there is a CORKAGE FEE of 150.00.
